Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to change your plans. The following cancellation policy applies to all registrations for the Commonwealth Association of School Administrators Education Conference:

1. Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds:

• Cancellations Received by February 28, 2025:  Registrants who cancel by this date will receive a full refund of the registration fee minus a processing fee of $60.00.
• Cancellations Received Between March 1, 2025, and March 15, 2025: Registrants who cancel during this period will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations Received After March 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.

2. Substitution Policy:

• If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to operations@local502casa.org at least 10 days before the event.

3. No-Show Policy:

• Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not provided prior written notice of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Special Circumstances:

• We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

5. Event Cancellation by Organizers:

• If the conference is canceled or postponed by the organizers, registrants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or receive a full refund of the registration fee. The organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund:
